So this is about RP'ing side stories that don't actually go into anyones stories? so kind of like non-cannon side quests in games? I want to know.

Yes. There is the main story which incorporates the entire forum, and then his section is for all non-canon stories. Almost anything goes here because it falls into parallel universes meaning it has no effect on the main adventure. They are all player-made and are just for fun. Story Masters determine the rules for them and you can make different OCs for them if you wish. Or you can have magical adventures with Karajine the Space Banana. Your story, your rules. The only overarching rule is to have fun.
